We have the professional and well under running production line for the castings are made from Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and other Alloy Steel in Investment Casting Process.

The material we can supply with could be according to Germany Standard (DIN), US Standard (ASTM, ANSI, ASME, and SAE), British (BS), French (NF), Australian (AS) and ISO Standard etc.

The Casting weight range is from 0.010KG to 200KG

Annual capability is 20,000Tons

The Casting products are wildly used to Machine tools or components, Values and Pumps, to Marine, Train, Railway, Construction, and Petroleum etc.

We can not only supply the castings but also the casting with machining, the CNC machining centers adopted for completing the precise dimension requirement. And the Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) inspection ensures the final result.

For the inner quality of the castings, the chemical analysis to be checked by each furnace and the mechanical performance inspection is carried out to each heat treatment with the unique tracing number on the casting to trace back the quality.
