Bridge plug setting tools are devices used in the oil and gas industry to securely install a temporary plug, or bridge plug, inside a wellbore for isolation purposes.
They work by being lowered into the well with the bridge plug attached, and then they apply a force (either mechanically or hydraulically) to compress the plug, causing it to expand and grip the casing wall.

Vigor Electric Setting Tool (VEST)
The Vigor Electric Setting Tool (VEST) is a kind of pure electric setting tool. The VEST adopts a pure electric drive mode composed of an electric motor, a gearbox and a heavy-duty roller screw. It doesn't require explosive or hydraulic oil, and is safer and more environment friendly. The VEST can provide a reliable power source for operations such as bridge plug setting, punch of tube and casing, casing patching and fishing.
- Non-explosive: By adopting electric drive, the explosive device drive mode is completely abandoned, avoiding many management and control links such as transportation, storage, and use of explosive devices, greatly improving the convenience and safety of operation in the field.
- Maintenance-free: Adopting a lifetime maintenance free design, the entire use process does not require maintenance, nor does it require rebuilding the setting tool. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of construction personnel and shortens the production preparation time of tools to less than 10 minutes.
- Digitization: During the construction process, VEST can display important parameters such as working current, voltage, tension, and stroke in real-time. Based on these parameters, engineers can accurately determine the status and characteristic data of loads (such as bridge plugs or packers), thereby achieving big data analysis and providing data support for continuous improvement of loads. Furthermore, based on these data, the self- diagnosis function of VEST can be achieved, which can provide a more accurate understanding of the tool's operational status.

Vigor Wireline Setting Tool (VWST)
The Vigor Wireline Setting Tool (VWST) provide dynamic force which is used to set Bridge Plugs, Production Packer or Cement Retainers. The gradual burning of a high temperature power charge which produces high-pressure gas, creates the force to push an o-ring sealed bottom piston.
The piston applies the necessary stroke and tension to set and release from the equipment. Pressure balanced top and bottom pistons, eliminates pre-setting of bridge plugs, retainers, and packers. Short, compact structure for easy running. Easy maintenance, assembly, bleeding, and disassembly

The Vigor Hydraulic Setting Tools (VHST) are used to run and set packers, bridge plugs and cement retainers on a work string, production tubing or coiled tubing.
The setting tool translates hydraulic pressure, applied to the tubing, to a force transmitted through the adapter kit to the slips and pack off the sealing element of these tools. It allows setting in high-angle or deviated wells, where it is often difficult to use wireline equipment.
