Crossover And Subs

Vigor Drilling supplies the X-Over Pin (Male) x Box (Female), Pin( Male) x Pin (Male), and Box (Female) x Box(Female) for the Drilling string crossover sub.

Vigor's Crossover Sub (X-Over) is used for crossing over from the size of a single connection to another. Also used for prolonging the connection life of a more expensive drilling component.

Crossover And Subs is manufactured from 4145H. The connections are protected by a phosphate surface coating that reduces the galling when the initial make-up takes place. Sub is manufactured according to API 7-1 Specification.

The drill string crossover sub is fabricated from high-strength alloy structural steel, such as 4145H, that has undergone heat treatment. Its design and configuration match the drill string components it connects. Both pin and box ends comply with API requirements. Why choose 4145H?
