Firstly, changing the fixing method of spool and stem. The spool usually used now is generally YG cemented carbide material, which has many advantages of wear-resistant and cheap, but if you want to drill and fix the spool, it cannot be achieved. In order to be able to use screws to fix the spool, a new replacement material must be selected to change the existing spool material. The experiment shows that alloy steel material can replace the existing spool material.
Secondly, changing the stem structure. After many experiments, the researchers found that the valve stem can be effectively divided into two sections. The surface of the lower part of the valve stem is specially treated according to the process, and the original shape is changed into a shoulder style that can tightly drag and hold the spool, and then connect it with the upper part of the valve stem, and the sealing ring and thread will be needed when connecting. This treatment can not only make the upper and lower connection of the valve stem become a whole, but also solve the sealing problem of the valve stem.
Thirdly, the connection mode of manifold and inlet branch pipe need to be changed. The improved connection mode should be trapezoidal thread. When connecting, the sealing ring will be used to seal the end, and the sealing ring model is "0". This sealing method can still make the connecting line telescopic before and after, and the telescopic distance is about 2cm, which can facilitate the disassembly and installation of the gate valve.
Then, improving the position transmitter material. The aluminum alloy used now does not have corrosion resistance, but also easy to rust, it is recommended to use better performance materials. Finally, the regular maintenance of the use of throttling manifold is also necessary. After improving the choke manifold, it does not mean that the hidden danger of uncontrolled air pressure is completely solved, and later maintenance work is needed.
