Torque Anchor Works Principle

Its working principle is also very simple when the screw pump starts, the rotor runs to drive the stator and the upper joint and the central tube to rotate, wedge the clamp block, jam on the casing wall, and complete the sitting card. When the screw pump stops working, the stator rotates under the action of elasticity to release energy, and the clamp is recovered under the action of the reed contraction force to complete the declamping. The force during the entire working process is very uniform, and the shell is almost not damaged, so the torque anchor from the vigor only needs regular maintenance.
